Training is the step for contributing significantly to the advancement of women in PSUs. Western Region has always been at the forefront when it comes to supporting the growth of women. Western Region has successfully conducted the training programmes for Executive and Non- Executive women employees as detailed below :-  

 Training for executives on “Personality Development and Public Speaking” was organised on 2^nd September, 2016 at HPCL (Hotel Fariyas, Mumbai). The training was conducted by Ms. Fawzia Madni, renowned trainer in Personality Development and Public Speaking, Consultant NCPA, Ex Associate VP, International Media Marketing, The times Group. The programme saw an overwhelming response with 42 delegates of various PSUs from Western Region attending it. The techniques of personality development, time management and public speaking in the workplace and in life were discussed during the program.The participants found the programme to be insightful and assured that they would apply the learning from the sessions in their personal as well as professional lives.

Training for Non-Executives on “Financial Management” was held on 21^st October, 2016 at RCF. Total 59 delegates from various PSUs attended the program.  Shri Kaushik Ramchandran, Managing Director, Dyota Solutions was the facilitator of the program. He discussed in length on personal financial management and gave updates on latest and important provisions towards investment.  The programme was appreciated by the participants which would help them a long way towards growth of their personal investments.
