CSR ACTIVITY WR WIPS

Moving toward ...... Accomplishment

CSR Activity conducted by WIPS, WR :

Western Region committee members visited Vanvasi Vikas Prakalp, Tal.  : Talasari, Dist. : Palghar on 28^th August, 2016. The residential school of prakalp has 67 underprivileged girls of different age groups from nearby tribal areas.

Shri Vivek Vaidya, Secretary and other members of the institute welcomed the committee.  Brief background of the project for upliftment and education of the girl child was given by the secretary.

WIPS members visited the school, hostel, skill development block, mess and interacted with the students. Discipline and cleanliness of the school was appreciated by the members. 

Various items for daily needs like bed sheets, mats, hygiene kit with food packets were distributed. WR has help other institute by  purchasing all items to be given to girls from Kustharoj Nivaran Samiti, an institute run by Leprosy rehabilitation camp at Panvel. REB members of WR voluntarily gave utility items and food items to the girls.
