A.       CSR proposal has come from a school named Bratachari Gram Jr. Basic, Joka, P.S. Thakurpukur, Dist : 24 Parganas(S) requested for financial help to provide benches for students of class 4 only as the other junior classes of this school had already been provided benches by other sources/clubs except for students of class 4 due to shortage of funds. Needless to mention that the Government aid which the school receives  is too meagre to cater to all the needs of the said school and also the students are from downtrodden families. Hence, at present the class 4 students are still sitting on torn mats during winters and monsoons. The school submitted two quotations for making the benches i.e.Rs.2,700/- & Rs.2,500/- per bench. Dr. Samita Mukherjee  and Ms.  Bansori  Mukherjee visited the school. They provided all the required documents.

WIPS ER decided to help them for providing 15 nos. benches. The amount will be 2500X15 = 37500  The decision has been  taken as per the WIPS idea i.e, based on need basis. The order has placed for providing to TIP TOP FURNITURE.
